Cllr Paul John Swart is born and bred in Elim Moravian Mission Station, Cape Agulhas.
Worked at Department of Coloured Affairs: Financial Assistance to Coloured Farmers.
T Norman and Sons Wholesale -Claremont Branch as Supervisor, he was later appointed as Branch Manager.
Moravian Church- Moravian Mission Store- Manager.
Executive Mayor Cape Agulhas Municipality from 2016- 2021 (First term).
Executive Mayor Cape Agulhas Municipality -2021- current (Second term).
