Partnering with the Youth Employment Services (YES) and other stakeholders, including the Department of Education and Sanlam subsidiaries, amplified the initiative's impact beyond what Sanlam could achieve alone.

She stressed the importance of moving beyond brand exclusivity, leveraging collective expertise, and fostering partnerships to maximise societal change.
